Small axial size and lightweight design minimize equipment volume while enhancing operating efficiency.
Asbestos-free friction material adheres to modern environmental and safety standards.
Efficient friction pad replacement without disassembling the clutch reduces downtime.
Innovative disc arc design lowers operational temperatures and prolongs lifespan.
The system consists of a Clutch Body, Ear Plates, Friction Pads, and Locking Plates. When compressed air enters the cylinder, the piston moves to engage the clutch. When air supply stops, a spring initiates a swift retreat, braking the part within 0.01 - 0.02 seconds.
Never touch the clutch during high-speed rotation. Allow 30 minutes for cooling post-operation before maintenance. Internal springs are under tension; disassembly should only be performed by professionals.
