Our normal thickness is about 10 um. We can provide 15um and above as per your requirements.
What colors and thicknesses are available for powder coating?
We can produce any color based on your samples. Normally, powder coating thickness ranges between 60-80um.

Using Akzo Noble Interpon powder and Italian Menphis film, our finish complies with AAMA standards and offers a 10-year color guarantee.
What are your payment terms?
Usually, we operate via T/T, with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment.
What is the delivery time for samples and mass production?
New molds and free samples take 2-3 weeks. Mass production typically takes 3-4 weeks after deposit confirmation.
