The water tank type wire drawing machine is a small continuous production equipment composed of multiple wire drawing heads. By gradually pulling, place the pulling head into the water tank, and finally pull the steel wire to the desired specifications. The entire drawing process is completely controlled by the mechanical speed difference between the main shaft and the lower shaft.
The biggest advantage is the use of a small spool wire take-up machine (customizable size). It meets diverse production needs and can be equipped with a separate trunk wire take-up machine (Coiler).

The tensioning device adjusts wire tightness and features emergency stop sensors. The 4-tower wheel structure is made of alloy material, supporting up to 20 drawing dies.
Includes a system to collect soapy water during high-speed operation, keeping the workshop clean. The 7.5kw high-quality motor ensures stable, long-term performance.
Supports small spools or coiler machines. The control system features an emergency stop and a bilingual (Chinese/English) touch screen for easy operation.
